The Reliant app makes it easy to manage my account, pay and view bills, see estimated usage to more effectively monitor my monthly bills, as well as, the new feature with the nest thermostat is super cool!

Love this app - fixed all the bugs and VERY easy to navigate now. I can log on with Touch ID so I don’t have to remember user name and password. I can check my usage, my expiration date, even my full pdf bill - which I was impressed with. Way to go Reliant!

I can do everything I need to do on this app. Pay my bill, check my usage, renew my plan, and even connect to my home security and NEST.

This app is no bueno ! The other day I had to pay my bill so I did it through the Reliant app. I payed the amount I was suppose to pay and out of no were it processed TWICE !!! Making me pay double. I went to my bank to claim this and I got my money back, and RELIANT took it back again and also took $11 u don’t know why but this freaking app did it. I called them to make a concern about my money and there app and they told me I needed service calling me old but I am 28 ! I know how technology works and everything but this app sucked and I had to pay them back no matter what. DO NOT DO YOUR PAYMENTS THROUGH THIS APP!!!!
Daily Usage Graph

The daily and weekly usage graph quit working on March 7th 2018. I reported this to Reliant. It has been a couple of days and the graphs are still not working. Is anyone else having similar issues with the usage graphs? Is this a technical issue that will be fixed soon?
