Crashing!!

The app keeps crashing and im trying to pay my bill! I uninstalled and reinstalled but its still not opening! Frustrating!

The app opens and closes every other minute! Have to close the app 3 or 4 times so that i can log in!

I just did the update today and it will not let me open app, I go and put my password in then it acts like its going to take me to my account but instead in closes the app

Um, hey guys I don’t know if you’re aware but your app is not working since 07-31-18. Maybe I gotta reinstall but just FYI. Otherwise it looks promising.
Doesn’t work for rural customers

Recommended by the customer service to pay my bill/ check usage. After downloading, changing passwords, etc. get an error message stating the app can not be used without a smart meter. Hello just want to pay my bill.
Hope the service is better than app

Does not work on my iPhone with 11.4 update, then I did newest upgrade...does not work! Please fix. As a brand new customer, the is bad business. I’ve tried this app on LG phone, various tablets & iPhone. This app does not work!! Please assist

First it always asks for the password on entry which is annoying. The usage graphs are no where near as good as the website. There’s no cost data, etc.
