The app doesn’t let you use your uploaded saved gift card to purchase tickets at the theater or to use at the concession stand.

Love this app! I am able to find my movie tickets when I arrive at the theatre… I can track my points and upgrade concessions … so much all in one place! No more searching in my email in box!
Overpriced Fees

I hate how there’s not an option to change seats. Instead I have to refund and purchase them again and I’m being forced to pay the conscience fees again. It’s annoying.

Paid for a ticket on the website. Downloaded the app. No record of my ticket. What’s even the point of having this installed? What a waste.

Useless app Fails to update account

Never shows ticket purchases until after the showing. Have to restart to see points updates. Saved gift cards disappear if you get a new phone and reinstall the app. They have also removed the ability to apply free ticket reward to online purchases. So app is only good for seeing seat availability which you can do on website and other apps.

The app itself is fine, it works. But why do they charge ‘convenience fees’ for something that’s just as much a convenience for them as it is for me? Buying my tickets in the app means I’m not tying up their ticket sales staff at the box office. And it’s per ticket so it quickly racks up to the cost of an extra person or more! I don’t see how tacking on that extra fee is justified and in all honesty because of that I only buy tickets through the app for the occasional premiere I think might sell out.
