Ok app. Needs improvement

The app is convenient for redemption of free tickets or rewards but it has continually signed me out without reason since last update. Also there is a " convince fee" for buying in app tickets, which is ridiculous. Update e- dec 2017- The app was updated, signed me out and refused to recognize username/password. Was able to fix through the website, but annoying nonetheless
Tickets not available across devices

Bought tickets on iPad but can't access them on iPhone. Just glad I figured it out before I went to movies. It shows I purchased them but it doesn't show actual tix. It makes no sense.
Can’t even log in

No matter how many times I change my password with them, it’s impossible to log into the app.

Understand my 1 star as ZERO, I bought 4 tickets trough this app when we get at regal (Oviedo mall) couldn’t pick my tickets at reader machine so I had to do a long line just to ask for my tickets, I was informed that tickets must be redeemed at auditoriums entrance, I waste 45 minutes to get seat missing a part of the movie. App deleted back to traditional way or online.
Easy To Use

Just got the app right now, within minutes I was able to create my account and get set up. Everything was pretty self explanatory. Biggest thing I like about it is I can see all the movies I've watched in the past.
Won’t load theaters

I haven’t been able to log into the app for well over a month. It won’t even pull information for my local theaters, saying “No theaters around.” I’ve sent feedback on that error multiple times, deleted and re-downloaded at least 5 times. Nothing has changed.
