Why does this app keep showing I have all this notifications and nothing is there ? Today it shows 10 Notification but I go into the app and there is nothing ? Please fix this problem with the app.
Unreliable for ticket purchases

Failed to generate ticket purchased with unlimited even though I was charged convenience fee. Was unable to book a new ticket because it believed I already had a reservation for the showing but there was no ticket to show for it anywhere. Customer Service was unreachable during listed open hours preventing me from resolving issue.

I haven’t been able to tie my logon information from the regal site to the app. I continually receive “system error” ... this is after deleting and re downloading the app in all its entirety. I’m giving the app 2 stars versus 1 because when it was working, it was excellent. Great hyperlinks and updates with points within 24 hours.

Can you guys PLEASE fix/ update the app so that I can add my Regal card to the Apple Wallet once again. Everytime I try I get the error message: "Something went wrong. Please log out and log back in to try again." I've done that at least a dozen times & yet the problem persists. I kid you not, it has been over a year that this has been an issue and I know I'm not the only ones who's tried to bring this to your attention. It'd be great if you guys could finally get out that. Much appreciated. Thank you!
