Please fix Apple Wallet issue

All we want to do is put the tickets in Apple Wallet. Your app fails each and every time. Please fix this broken aspect of your app.

I love going to the movies to watch whatever I am interested in. This app helps me know what is out and what is coming soon. I like when I can schedule tickets in advance so I know what I am doing that day. It makes my life easier and always is enjoyable at the end. I also want to thank all of the staff that work at Regal Cinemas for helping me with everything. You all are awesome, keep it up!!!

My first problem was that the screen that allows you to enter credits from receipts at Regal Theater only includes numerals when receipts have an alphabetic character embedded in them -effectively preventing you from claiming credit. Trying to report on that design flaw I found the Feedback function does not allow you to actually send the email that you peck out on your phone. So either these guys are terrible designers or they don’t really want to serve the customers.

Stole my Gift Card Balance

I recently purchased tickets using a balance of a gift card and there was an error message when using Apple Pay to pay the balance after the gift card used. I had to add a different payment type and when I went back to order the tickets the Gift card balance was gone. I sent an email to support immediately and have not received a response in 4 days. Stealing Gift card balances is not a good business practice!

I have a lot of feedback on this app. This review is just for the Crown Club. I like to redeem my points for movie tickets. Not being able to see my purchase history or point expiry dates makes this difficult. I have emailed customer service and their response has been “points expire 12 months after they are earned”. Not helpful

Worst app ever

I’ve been going to regal cinemas my whole life. I love the theater and always will. I recently became a regal unlimited member and while I do love the services being a member gives me, the app gives me the biggest headaches ever. You can rarely change your account effectively, sometimes it’ll miss movies that are playing and you’ll have to get your tickets online. It’s like this app was made in 1990 and was never updated. The quality of the app alone makes me wanna cancel my subscription and change movie theaters. It is also impossible to get a hold of costumer service if I need to update my account (since you can rarely do it through the app since it’s awful). You have to submit a request form and patiently wait days to hear back, and they might not even successfully answer your question. I love the theater especially regal but god it’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Update your app regal!

I really enjoy using the Regal app it’s quick and convenient the only bad thing I’ve ever had happen is needing to switch my movie time because I was late there’s no way to get a refund on the app and then when you go into the movie theater they have issues with issuing a refund if you’ve booked for another theatre. But I love using it. I also have the subscription for like $20 a month, this is the best thing the movie theatre has came out with. If you don’t have it I suggest you get it

The only flaw is that it kicks me out and i have to delete and download the app again just to be able to sign in.

I am always having issues booking a ticket on this app, most of the time I can’t book tickets ahead and as per maximum tickets allowed and as of the time of this writing, my recent purchase tickets were gone, you’ll got the impression that you didn’t purchase at all but of course you did! A lot of glitches and not totally user friendly!
