Fees – Regal: Movie Times and Rewards Review

The app itself is fine, it works. But why do they charge ‘convenience fees’ for something that’s just as much a convenience for them as it is for me? Buying my tickets in the app means I’m not tying up their ticket sales staff at the box office. And it’s per ticket so it quickly racks up to the cost of an extra person or more! I don’t see how tacking on that extra fee is justified and in all honesty because of that I only buy tickets through the app for the occasional premiere I think might sell out.
