Good app for searching new designs on the go. The AR camera feature is also very useful and I enjoy using it sometimes. My only issue so far is that adding designs to lists other than “Favorites” is unavailable unlike the website version. I prefer to put what I like in different categories just for organizations sake. Please, please consider including that in the next update!

I have been ordering from Redbubble for years and always try to support independent artists. I recently ordered 3 of the Lightweight Hoodies of the same size (different artwork/colors). I received 3 different brand of hoodies with completely different lengths, fits and fabric, but supposedly the same size. When contacting customer service, they basically said that is what it is. So, obviously I’m nervous about ordering any clothing from them again because the consistency in product is so poor.

That’s unfortunate. I can’t find a way on my iPhone 8+ to post art to my shop with this app. :/

The app will not help you if you’re looking to sell your artwork. It doesn’t have any options to customize your store, upload artwork, or check your sales, among other things. Until this is addressed, I will keep this rating low.

I found it very strange that under the address section in shipping, the field is “City/Suburb”. Why would you ever refer to something as anything other than City/Town or just City? Weird….

Good customer app. Completely devoid of seller support. Cannot upload or check anything related to the seller side. You will ultimately have to resort to a browser.

Is there any chance of the prices possibly being a bit more affordable for my customers, due to the economic hardships of many throughout this covid convectious time period. Thanks

There is really good art on here, but then there also people who just screenshot YouTube videos and tv scenes and upload them for profit. Even tho this goes against copyright, they’re allowed to stay up for some reason so the site is FILLED with them and it’s extremely rude to the creators and celebs that have their work stolen.

I’m writing this in hope that I can get ahold of SOMEONE at RB regarding my order placed on Dec 12. I never received any confirmation emails (and yes, I checked all of my folders), and have reached out FIVE times to their “customer service” as well as through Amazon Pay. NO RESPONSE. It is impossible to reach someone, and there is no recourse. They will do anything to shunt you off onto their crappy “FAQ” section in lieu of any real customer service. Shameful. They have ruined Christmas with the stench of their thievery.
