Difficult with returns and response

The return policy is very vague and it is impossible to reach anyone except a bot. My email requests have gone unanswered.

On the website it has lists it’s just a bunch of unplaced saved stickers

I was order something on there I was waiting half month for my package.And it say delivery on **date.I can’t find the package and I go ask customers service they say package can’t be track. Spend almost hundred and you have pay shipping fee but you get nothing?sounds perfect

I’ve been ordering stickers from Redbubble for a long time and decorated several laptop skins/coolers/etc. The sticker sizes they offer now are HUGE. The small is like a large. I liked the smaller stickers because I could fit more of my items. I think there should be x small and xx small options. I’ve had to go to Etsy to find smaller stuff.

App usually works fine but today I made 2 separate orders and neither got a confirmation email/receipt. I tried to submit a help thing and nothing happened. The page just refreshed and then everything I typed was still there as if it didn’t go through. Trying to use their help page is basically useless. They don’t have solutions or FAQ for things people actually need help with. Even if you pick “you can’t find your problem, contact support”, the options they give you never match what you need help with usually, still leaving you confused as to what category to pick for help. I do not have social media to reach out to them in other ways so if their customer support doesn’t work, I’m screwed.

After paying $25, would think you get good quality. But nope. It looks cheap and it feels cheap. Even the printing quality terrible.

I have been buying from Redbubble since 2015 and I spend a couple hundred a year customizing things. However in the last few years of paid increase shipping rates. Seen delays passed other similar services in the industry. And a notable decrease in quality of images that are shipped out. Red bubbles  works great but they send emails daily often even after you change your email settings. I swore by Redbubble only 2 years about but they have been so bad the last year that I will never order again. I’m just disappointed more then anything.
