I'm a nerd!

Super Dave 71

I love this app! I'm a total nerd, and I love reading medical articles. I set up all the preferences to the areas that I follow. I get to stay up to date on the most recent studies, which helps make me a better practitioner.

Great app

Miamibest

Easy use and organize the articles but for some reasons the institutional access didn't work, hope this can be fixed.

Best educational app

VTCFP

Probably one of the best educational apps I have encountered. Very useful for residency training as well as training interns that are on your way joining the medical field. Excellent place to find new articles as well as research ones in the past.

Excellent app

Anifriend

Very useful, easy to get access to latest papers as well as other important publications.

Indispensable but needs improvement

EnjoyedCaesar

iPhone version needs highlight function and switching to landscape mode removes the ability to save/share/other features. Searching by topics is useful. Individual journals should be categorized by article type. In NEJM, for instance, I have to scroll through several editorials and commentaries before reaching RCTs and review articles.

Journal selection seems "off"

drdadr

The automatic full text retrieval is fantastic and much more efficient, actually, than going through my institution's library portal. However, in the areas of subspecialty in which I am interested, the articles selected seem heavily biased toward low impact/obscure journals despite my attempts to tweak it toward the core high impact journals. It seems to miss some of the major articles because of this. Update: after several more months of use I still find this frustrating. I hope they work on improving the algorithm to focus on high impact journals.

very good app

abdolreza.j

It is very simple and practical app
