This is practically the only viable way for medical professionals to stay in touch with the latest literature. You can search with keywords or just follow trending papers based on specialty. The abstracts are compiled quickly so you can peruse which scientific papers are relevant to you. However, it helps if you have a VPN from a college or University for downloading full articles.

App finds .pdfs about 10% of the time (no nature, science, lancet, JAMA...) Doesn't work with my university of Penn login either...

Great app for keeping up to date with new literature. As an intern I use this to stay on top of new topics. I find myself reading about new topics before senior residents or attendings!
