Doe t work well when using two factor authentication ( takes forever to offer manual login) And what is with the daily download limit at a few articles , I wrote my library as requested but there is not much more I can do. It is pretty useless when I can only get a few articles a day

Best app for journal reading

The comprehensive list of journals and how relevant all the articles are with very recent publication dates make this app the best for doctors, scientists and students. My only contention is I wish you didn't have to click on external links to access the articles.
Top medical app

Easy way to access essentially ALL scientific journals which in of it's self is amazing, but even better is the ability to get free downloads of many articles. Lastly, collections can be shared publicly which makes this app so useful. I have told numerous colleagues about this app.
Needs a couple things

Excellent app but two features would be nice. Allow access to iOS dictionary from within the app. Second, it would be nice to be able to go back a page by swiping left to right like in most other apps. Otherwise this is a well made app and does a great job. It's very cool that I can use my school's proxy to get full articles that aren't otherwise available.

I usually don't write reviews but I had to write one for Read by QxMD because I am just really impressed with this app! I've been using it for about two years now and still question how it could be free. The UI is VERY clean and iOS looking, makes it a completely different experience browsing through research articles at your fingertip. Very stable app and so far has all the journals I can think of. A great key feature is inputting your institution or university's login for the library databases and automatically obtaining the full PDF format of the article. Although the login sometimes has issues but it offers you to do it manually plus I don't expect them to get the server connection to EVERY schools library perfect. The PDF reader in this app is excellent with highlighting and notes, also you can add journals and articles to favorites in organized sections. This IMHO is the perfect research app, the time it takes to find the article on the databases manually and obtaining the full PDF text has been reduced for me exponentially as well as making it more pleasing to find articles all in one place. Highly recommend it to anyone in school, plus it's free! I wish I could donate for their effort into this app.
