I love this app so far although I would have like refined options from the very beginning instead of picking fields I have no interest in.

Track articles from any journal/publication or even based on keywords. Add to your own collection, or follow one of the many wonderful topical collections that others have published. Gather your PDFs easily as you go. This is the best app I've found in a long time, and I'm sorry that I somehow missed it in many previous searches.

I have been using this app for the last year or so and have found it to be a valuable tool to keep up with medical/health sciences literature.
I can't get any of it.

I am not a medical student, doctor, or researcher of any kind but I am interested in educating myself on medical issues. I have been able to find one or two papers that I could access without credentials but for the most part I could only get a summary. It's more than I might have known before but it isn't enough. However if you have the backing of a university or an association of some sort this is an exceptional app. I could find every issue I was interested and more quickly than I could on Google Scholar because I don't have to sift through unrelated articles. I would definitely give it a 6 if I could get access to them all like I could to the two papers I could get to. I'm giving this a 3 in the hopes that my problem will get solved.
