This is the best app for searching and finding info and literature in all Journals, no matter how routine or esoteric the subject. Hands down, I don't want to ever not have it available to me. Wish they were hiring as it must be a fun enterprise to work with.
Institutional access broken

The institutional access is not working anymore. Used to be an awesome way of downloading full article. Please fix it.

This looked sort of sketchy from the app icon, but after using it I have no idea how more people don't know about it. I entered my institutional information once and now it filters papers from literally any journals you want to follow, and automatically downloads the PDF in seconds as you look at the abstract. A true game-changer.
This is a must for all doctors

Been using this app for several years and I love it. This app has definitely increased my access to literature especially while on-the-go. Works seamlessly with my institutional access. Love the weekly emails on most read papers in my field as well. Keep up the great work!
