Super easy to use

And tons of super cutty spots around LA. Love it.

App could be more accurate

I’ve used the app for a while now and I have my filter set for no roommates. Yet more than half of the place it shows me are for shared living. Place that have shared bedrooms or a room for rent. What’s the point of filter “I don’t want a roommate” when it clearly doesn’t work. Not to mention that the ads are often false and showing not monthly but weekly rentals. Or advertising as studios when it’s actually a room for rent. So clearly the filters are useless and the developers clearly don’t care.

Radpad? Bad, BAD

Buggy af with a frustrating toss out to turn your ability to log in, change any details at all in your account, and which uses a poorly rendered archaic mobile interface? Hell no, thanks though.

Love it

A spam app, don’t use

I paid $99 for listing my apartment for like 2 weeks, and only got 9 views. Excuse me? I can get more view by simply post on my facebook! And there’s no way to contact customer support team, or I doubt they don’t have customer support team now. Radpad was acquired by a corporation in Texas, and it has just become a shell for the corporate to squeeze profit from instead of a tool that’s valuable for customer. I spent $99 and one hour (listing my apartment) to get this lesson. Hopefully you’ll see this and not make the same mistake again.

Bad UX and Buggy

They need to focus on fixing with user experience, mainly the user flows. Their content is effective at hooking you to give them more of your personal information making you think it’s required or to increase your chances I’ll becoming a tenant, i.e., “add credit report”. But then the process of building your profile is insanely frustrating. Trust me, just use their website on desktop. Using this mobile app will give you error like adding your credit report if you didn’t add your current address in the rental history section first. Some external account will not link to your profile. Your profile will look incomplete with many “non-verified” badges in different sections, i.e. “Income” section. Wait sorry, that last one is exclusive to desktop view. Lol. Would have give 1 star, but will give 2 because of the discounted rate for rent. I’ve searched other sites and the prices seem to be higher. Hopefully these discounted rates are true.
