Double charged me for rent and support won't respond

RadPad charged me twice for June's rent. I reached out to support multiple times to get it corrected but I received zero responses from RadPad. Don't use this service. RadPad clearly doesn't care about its users.

I like this app enough for a 4 star, maybe 5, except none of the filters work. Also when I chose to see the map, it seems to have a hundred pins on it and I can't see anything. When I zoom in, the map is again filled with pins. I am hoping for updates. Thx.
