don't waste your time with this app

They information is not accurate. I paid (wasted)$30 to be able to send my credit report and other info to the different places and I never had any reply (I must say that I have great credit score, great income) so when I called those same places they will say that they didn't have any vacancy; but it will still be in this app. My suggestion is to delete it and drive around collecting phone numbers and call, this will be the best way to find a place just as I did.

Browsing places on rad pad definitely feels more personal that many of the other apartment/house sites I've used in the past. I haven't rented anything yet, but am having fun looking for my next place!
