It states that you can set up ACH payments but doesnt tell you How to set it up, theres also no customer support email or phone number.
Leaves me wanting more...

There are some features I like- you can tap on the map to see it show directions from your current location to the new location- that’s helpful to get a better idea of its location in relation to your current dwelling. However, the filters are incredibly basic. I REALLY want to stick to homes with washer/dryer in unit...there is no such filter. One even came up with ZERO laundry facilities on site. There is also no way to just type in our own keywords to find a certain feature, such as multilevel or trilevel, or garage or sauna... you get the idea.

This app was extremely helpful in my search for an apt. It was fast with notifying me of new ads. The only problem I experienced was not getting called back by the ad owners. Great app tho

I don’t understand why you need my social security number to complete my account. Zillow don’t use ss# and I don’t get why you all need it.

Submitted payment days ago. Then they sent me an email at midnight requesting additional documents, which takes up to one week to process, meaning I’ll miss my deadline. Ridiculous.

I'm using several apps to find a place to rent and this one is definitely the easiest to navigate through and I like that it gives how much money will be needed to move in.
