iPads and other devices with screens of varying sizes are mobile devices as well as cell phones. My point is, "mobile" is vague. But that's my only issue. Good app.

This could be a good app that can generate leads. However, there are some serious issues like renewing, incorrect maps being the main issue lately, posting pictures at times, you get a message from them saying "ah snap, well this is embarrassing, try again later". Really??? Have sent numerous emails, fix issues and then same thing happens again. They need a new IT department in my opinion. Update 02/20/2016 The response has gotten better but they updated their app and I'm unable to post my listings! They used to have a + sign on the top right and that is gone. Overall I'm not very happy as an agent listing. As a renter point of view, may be good but not as a leasing agent or landlord! Update- 08/24/2016 Issues again. Posted listings and get a message, "well this is embarrassing, try again......" Tried it a dozen times and can't see what I posted. Haven't seen any improvements to be honest.

Buggy app coupled with really poor customer service and misleading advertising. Terrible customer experience.

Thought I could trust this company. They ran a promotion saying "no credit card fees for the rest of 2016". Everyone signed up then RadPad said "oops, no, we changed our minds". They got a lot of users and app downloads but ended up screwing over their customers.

Thanks for making my life more simple and enjoyable! Paying rent with my credit card so to boost my score and accumulate mileage points is a bonus.
