Update to my previous 1-star review; After iOS 11 installation, no change whatsoever: on my iPhone 6S, the app cannot login into my account. It’s always the same, when try to login using my Google credentials, I spend several minutes watching the dancing dots that seem to announce "here I come, here I come, almost, almost ..." but that's all I get. The Quora team knows about this issue and promised a “fix” it in the “next” version. As soon as I can login, I’ll ask “what did you really mean by that?”

The content on this app is very important, and everyone should be seeing it. Not only are there some amazing stories and astounding creativity by responders, but there is also great INFORMATION (political, historical, social, etc.). The public decides whose responses are seen first, so you almost always end up with some great facts about the subject presented. I have learned so much from this app.

Quora had a great vision but doesn’t employ enough mods to keep it going. Current questions among this so-called group of brilliant writers include: “You have to sleep with the last person you googled or how can I Get my boyfriend back?” Initially writers all had PhD’s and at least writers with real creds. They have SERIOUS rules but not enough employees to enforce them. So you can get a rap on the knuckles for using too many Italics while another writer may answer in Spanish. If you step out of line at all, they, will say your name is Fake or your answers were plagiarized have seen it happen to 4 real writers in 6 months. They have shut down some great writers that way but Quora hasn’t figured out that they can and should be sued by a lot of former writers for Defamation, The app is seriously flawed. Crashing weekly. The footnote feature doesn’t work. And if you don’t use footnotes, they will shut you down. While using the app on My IPhone, drafts get lost while editing and the gateway times out daily. Don’t get sucked in, there are better writing sites out there where you won’t be censored constantly. . Me, former top writer in 7 categories. Glad to be out, I just want my material back oh and on that topic they share your writing without sources and while it increases their ad revenue, you won’t even see credit.

How am I supposed to ask questions?

The picture function has been removed, therefore making it difficult -if not impossible -to get answers about an image.

I like the versions before the more recent ones. I could click a story from my email and read the full answer. Now I click to many times to read and keep reading others ,,, please fix !

I have a perfect solution to encouraging people upvote worthy answers, thus increasing the visibility of high quality answers by less popular Quirans. Once you scroll down all the way to the bottom of the article (while estimated required read time lapsed), why not slide-up a three section little bar with buttons labeled: | Upvote | Neutral | Downvote | Reader doesn't have to pick one and Neutral is effectively dismissal of message (in-case someone takes pop-up as mandatory) This kind of active encouragement ought to increase reader engagement into voting, will encourage less popular authors to keep writing, and increase quality visible answers. Thanks for considering.

Just last week, I started getting the "connection error- try again message." Didn't matter if it was wifi or cellular data. I thought it was the app version, so I updated it. The same. Uninstalled it, reinstalled it. The same. Tried it on another device. The same. Am unable to use this once great app. Disappointed. Please fix. iPod touch 5th gen.- 7.1.2, iPhone 6s- 10.3.3

App doesn’t seem to work at all

Won’t start. At all. Just sticks on an eternal loading screen at startup. And on the latest iPad Pro, that’s simply inexcusable. Hope an update comes along to fix it soon.
