Doesn’t register when I pay for food in my rewards and sometimes doesn’t even work in store

I’ve attempted to use this app so many times only to have it fail repeatedly. It logs you out constantly. The rewards system makes no sense. It’s completely unintuitive. Sadly, this entire franchise has gone downhill. The stores used to be friendly and clean. The store I’ve gone to for years is always a mess. No wonder I find myself at Chipotle more often.
Needs serious updating

This app is a big disappointment. I haven’t had trouble with losing points or anything, but this app lacks basic iOS features. It logs you out after not using it, and it doesn’t allow the use of Touch ID. This means I can be in line at the restaurant and have to put in my user name and password, which holds up the line. There is also no way to add the rewards card to Wallet. The app allows for mobile payment, but you have to set it up just for Qdoba. I really hope this app gets serious revision soon.
Placed order for next day

I tried to place an order for pickup at 8:45pm and after the order went through it showed as being placed for 11:15am the next day. I called the restaurant to cancel but was told I would have to call again the next morning because they had no visibility into the orders for the next day. I later checked and saw that the store closed at 9pm so if anything I would’ve just expected the app to display an appropriate message and stop things there. Really just a poor example of user feedback since I was at no time told that the order would be placed at a different time than I had selected and it became an ordeal just trying to get it canceled.
App does not do the store justice

This app is very hard to use, continually asks for password and crashes regularly. I just automatically ask for the rewards code since the app will not stay open to read the QR code. Qdoba time for a better app!
Crash & Burn App & Rewards Downgrade

Not bad enough that Q couldn't transfer existing points from ORIGINAL Q cards circa early 2000's, when I stopped visiting for since the rollout. This app crashed every time I opened it, and after the last update it crashes a bit less but is not ready to pass Beta testing.

The app shows that I am at recruit status even though I have 27 visits and should be a pro. not a big deal except pros earn more points. Emailed customer support and no has gotten back to me.
Add Touch ID please!

App is cool and easy to use but when it logs me out I never remember my password so I have to reset it while in line at qdoba. Please add Touch ID. Keep the burritos going!
So frustrating

This app is so frustrating. I’ve tried many different times to use it to place orders, redeem rewards, etc and all but once I get an error message. Not that helpful
