Can’t create your own taco

This app is a joke. You can’t even customize your own taco. You have to order one of their “knockout tacos” or get something else. Plus, in the restaurant, they don’t even pay attention to mobile orders, so they don’t start making your food until you’re there and they realize there’s an order waiting to be made. What a waste.

I can’t login to my account via Facebook. It says it’s being tested. So with that being said it’s the same on the website. So my gift card was saved to my account for easy access and now it’s disappeared. Unbelievable that you can’t log in. Get it together Qdoba!

I have 30k points on card and finally got asked to make an app account and it couldn’t be more difficult or confusing to use 1 I can’t enter the card number so I got to start over 2 30k points is now 0 3 other people are having problems with the app even those I know and I still got pushed into making the account Don’t settle for a company that can’t be bothered to get it together or even take time to reply or even reimburse points that were lost everything about thier approach to customer engaging customers or even customer support is bad and it’s frustrating that they simply can’t be bothered to take the time forget this place subway has a new rewards program at a better dollar to points conversion rate and they have more locations making point accumulation easier

Error Messages at Checkout

I frequently get an error message at checkout forcing me to go into the store to place my order. I also can’t save favorites, because if I do then I will get an error message when I try to reorder a favorite. Such a frustrating app. Somebody fix this stupid app!

After a recent update it signed me out and when I went back to sign in using the Facebook app it gives an error message saying the app is still in development mode and I have to log into a test account. I can’t access my rewards anymore.

The rewards program is slow to build and not good value. I finally earned a good amount of points and now the login broke.... over a week and I still can’t log back in

I love Qdoba and go there often as it is our best fast casual Mexican option where I live. I just wish I could earn points for my visit. Unfortunately, the app is 100% worthless. I have never, ever been able to sign into the app. I always receive an error that says failed to reach server. I have used every possible method of sign in and still get the same issue. The order tab just gives a blank screen. Good work Qdoba. I can see your board of directors laughing in their meeting when they came up with the idea for the reward program. Let’s give the customers reward but never let them access it muhahahaha!

Terrible user experience

The user interface is terrible and non-intuitive. When attempting to redeem points, they disappear and can no longer be used at the register. It’s frustrating for the employees as well, the poor folks are doing a great job during lunch rush and then have to deal with this lousy app! Start over from scratch or provide clear instructions on how to use the app. It seems like the company is trying to get you to lose your points when trying to redeem so they don’t have to provide the promised incentives!

I tried loading and signing in and there’s no option to sign up so I couldn’t eat. If I could reload a card or something it would be great. But it doesn’t so it gets one stars.
