I was about to place my order when the app crashed, and took the points I was going to use for chips and guac I’m so sad now lol

Love the food, service and people....but this app is by far in need of help. The constant logging out and not accepting finger ID makes it poorly designed and supported. I was a loyal customer and used my Qdoba card all the time. The thought of the app excited me but this has been the biggest let down. I can say with certainty that I’ve reduced visits as I often can’t login in time to get credit for purchases.
Lost everything with new app

When I logged into my account with this app all my previous visits and everything were gone. I literally don’t go as much because I had a lot of visits before.

I saw all the negative reviews and ignored them. Shame on me I guess but what’s the point of putting in a order and paid for head of time when you walk in and they haven’t even started to prepare the order. What ever you do don’t bother the online ordering and this app. What a joke.

Worked well till recent update. Now it “can’t connect to server”. Been like this since update. Food is great though.

Extremely slow, way to many clicks to place an order for a favorited item. Pages load slow. Calls to backend are extremely slow, and fail regularly. Can’t say how many times I have sat waiting so long for an order to go through for pickup the time slot is no longer available, and I am forced to start over.

I love your burrito bowls. I loathe your app. It sends me push notifications that aren’t accurate and then they don’t appear in messages in the app after popping up on my lock screen. It requires me to re-enter my credentials EVERY TIME I go to use it. Several times it just gives me an error and won’t load at all. It is unintuitive and confusing to use. And staff are equally frustrated on how to actually redeem the reward once your at the register. Other than that, kudos amigos!

They use to use a simple card system that let you get a free entree every 10 entrees you buy. They changed to this app, and while the idea of getting rid of the plastic card in my wallet is nice, the app is very poorly designed. The navigation is really wonky and it is probably the worst restaurant app i have used.
