My rewards don’t work!

My rewards don’t work, only reason I got the app, how do I tether it to the card? I scanned the qr code still nothing, the app is messed up

I have contacted QDOBA via several channels, including their app, trying to get answers on why i cannot link my physical rewards card with the account i created for this app on my phone. i am disappointed that nobody has reached out to me and that no associates in their locations can help me, they ALL refer me to the app which lacks details on how to solve rewards related issues. i have thousands of points accumulated and cannot redeem them, which makes me miss their old pre-app system, especially since i can’t get a representative from QDOBA to contact me. maybe it’s time to try chipotle?


The app is handy but doesn’t allow for faster ordering.

Other food apps have a feature that allows me to say when I’m in the parking lot. The last few times, they were not busy at all but my order hadn’t been made because my ticket hadn’t printed. I might as well just ordered there and skipped the app.

This app is awful. Does not accurately count visits and will not give me the rewards that it says I have earned. Very frustrating hope they fix.

The point of online ordering is to save time right? Well what’s the point if the order doesn’t go through to the store till 20 minutes after you order it? I would have gotten it faster if I had walked in and ordered.

Caption says it all. You will get perpetually get an error message when checking out. Multiple support requests, never any responses.

Why is it so hard to reorder a favorite. Nothing is intuitive.

Too many images that serve no function - being able to order easily is more important. Also, there is no place to enter coupon codes, so I could not complete my order anyway. Looks like an over-the-top mock-up, awaiting the beta release.

Twice on the mobile site, then downloaded this app and I get the same “error” notice that I did not specify a pickup date because it never gives me the option. I have been trying this for 30 minutes. ¡No me gusta!
