More notes please

Libaya

I’ve been tracking. I have Hypertension 2 and my BP is not lowering from the standard protocol. My GP would like to see more details in my notes. Could there be more characters please?

Love this app

Texas_Rocks

Easy to use and convenient to share w doctor!

It’s ok...

There is no on/off switch. Even though I roll it up every time I use it, it uses AAA batteries very fast. The batteries usually last about 2 weeks. The other problem I have with it is it only records one person. You can use in the guest mode, but it won’t record them for tracking purposes.

Great App!

Robb.

I recently had aortic valve replacement by open heart surgery to replace my bicuspid valve. This app together with the Qardio blood pressure cuff is great! I can take my blood pressure throughout the day and share the history with my doctors during appointments. It helps to see the history of the reads and lets my doctors know during what timeframes my blood pressure and irregular heartbeats are happening during the week.

Disappointed

When it works it’s great. Sometimes it takes 4-5 tries before the app connects which makes it frustrating. That means you have to take the arm band off, roll it back up to start position, unroll it again & place it back on your arm 4-5 times to get a reading. It certainly doesn’t save time in getting a BP reading. I wouldn’t recommend it.

UI has one flaw. But it’s a good app

Current 4 star review on 2/26/18 Customer support is responsive. They got back to me with my previous complaints about the app logging me out frequently. It turns out that the app doesn’t really log you out when you’re using TouchID as I am, but sometimes it appears that way because of the UI design. Upon reopening the app, The first screen sometimes shows the login screen with username and password area blank. This lulls the user to tap into the login area and re-enter the credentials. It turns out this is just confusing UI design: despite the blank credential sign in screen, you are probably still logged in and just need to touch the home button to read your TouchID. That’s it. A clearer UI would be to recognize of you are still logged in or not and simply have a large clean instructions to use TouchID with maybe a small button for logging out of current user on the bottom corner of screen. Hope that helps ——————————————— Previous 3 star review: Touch ID is buggy. Requires frequent manual logins. but better than nokia or withings Are used to use entire suite of withings (now Nokia healthmate) products. Their app was terrible. Qardio’s app is much better overall. However, there is one and only one (albeit a very important one) point at which Nokia’s app is superior over qardio’s. Qardio’s app logs me out frequently. Nokia’s app never did that. Sometimes Qardio will log me out on a daily basis. Other times it does so after a week or two. But time and time again, it will log me out requiring me to re-input my password and sometimes my user name as well. This is a big pain in the butt. All the other health apps I use have implemented apples touch ID correctly so that I virtually never need to login again. This includes through app updates as well. However, Qardio seems to have mis-implemented the touch ID. Essentially, touch ID does not work as a user would expect. And the app requires you to enter your password very frequently. I hope the company fixes this soon as it is getting to be a real Pain point.

Fix this problem

Mr PDC

I use this app to monitor both mine and my wife’s blood pressure. It’s a real pain to have to log in and out of the app to switch between users. I would think this could be fixed so I don’t have to do a “dance” each time I want to take our blood pressures.

Easy and Accurate

I use my Qardio almost everyday. Very easy to use. Highly recommend the black case by Khanka. The case really protects the Qardio and its great for travel. App for Qardio is a great way to keep track of your blood pressure. Very happy with my purchase.

Crashing after recent update

As of this morning, I am unable to take measurements. The app shuts down after apps 15 seconds, during the rest period between multiple measurements, and requires a login when reopen. I have completely closed the app to no avail. Thanks Qardio for the response but it is insulting. Your tech support did respond to my query and it was necessary to delete and reinstall the app. BUT the app WAS functioning properly until your 1.80 update so MY install was NOT the problem. It was YOUR update. I am returning my rating to 4 stars leaving 1 off due to update problems.
