App crashes, brand new

This app won’t open on my IPhone X. Crashes repeatedly or stops on set up- are u kidding. Their customer service won’t answer. I just spent $150 on what is essentially a scale.

I’d give it a five star rating except it tries to be cute about turning on and connecting with Bluetooth without in physical switches. I’ve always gotten to work but sometimes it takes a little fiddling to get it wakeup and connect. There’s no indicator light that’s on either. So sometimes the app claims nothing is there and you just have to with the wrap until it magically works. That’s piss-poor engineering that makes the user experience less than ideal. However, it does work and it seems close to the readings I’ve gotten in the Dr’s office. So decent accuracy. I am using latest iOS 11.3.1 but with a 6s plus which works fine. Others seem to be having issues with newer hardware.
Phenomenal update to BP monitoring.

I am 48 years old with a history of heart disease in my family. My cardiologist requires me to monitor my BP at home, both morning and evening. The BP devices available on the market are nice and certainly based on price will offer an accurate monitoring results. The Qardio device is well made, and feels durable from the arm cuff to the quality heavy plastic that makes up the signal which is attached to the cuff. Qardio has eliminated the cords that normally connect to the cuff. The balky traditional base that connected to the BP cuff is replaced with your smart phone. This leads to the next great feature that is overdue for BP monitoring, the software is smart, simple, and excellent for tracking your blood pressure. I have had the Qardio BP cuff for a little over a week and it is absolutely worth every penny and has been a smart investment in my health. I would recommend this product to anyone who takes their health serious, or any person that like myself, has history of heart issues. If the product stands up over time from use then Qardio is in my opinion an amazing advancement in assisting people in monitoring their heart health. Sincerely Kirk - StL Law Group LLC
More than one user

I use this to take both mine and my wife’s blood pressure. The app on a phone can only store the information for one user. In order to use with more than one user as I do, I have to log out of one user then log into the other user account and enter the new user information including a new password. When I brought it to the attention of Quardio they told me to use two iPhones. Well we only have one. And doing the “dance” required to change accounts on one phone is a pain. Other than that, this works great. I see I got the same response as before and it’s obvious no one read what I posted because it’s the same message as before, use your wife’s smartphone which I specifically spelled out in my review she didn’t have. Could this change in the software be this hard?

Qardio as in Quite frustrating

It seems a nice app, unfortunately it does not work with iPhone 8 and iwatch series 3. Reinstalling the app as suggested is useless, the reminders is the only part it works but useless without a functional app.
App works great except when wanting to use it on the Apple Watch

So far the app is working great other then when I want to check information through the Apple Watch. Every time I go to the app on my watch it’s asking me to log in on my phone and I need to have the app open on my phone to use it on my watch. It never did this before but the last couple of updates have caused this issue and never has been fixed.

After set up, my scale and blood pressure monitor are working flawlessly, and this app has minimal clutter and is easy to use. I have to drop one star for this version because if the Qardio app is given permission to read health data from the Apple health app this app will consistently crash while attempting to set up the Qardio base. I called their technical support and they were very professional and helpful and my experience with this app has been totally five-star ever cents! As a person with the software background, it goes against migraine to give a five star rating to an app that has a reproducible crash, therefore I dropped it, but intend to revisit this rating the next time I see an update.
