Saved my husbands life

Got this as a Birthday gift in May. As we played with it we noticed a spike in his blood pressure. After a couple of weeks we ended up in ER. This followed by a nuclear test, heart cath and 2 weeks later, 4 bypass heart surgery. As the nurse in OR called with my hourly updates she commented, I see your new cardio blood pressure devise discovered his problem.. I said yes..her comment.. it saved his life! Tears and cold chills. Thanks to GOD he’s recovering well at home tonight!
Watch app has never worked

While the app for blood pressure work well on my 7plus the watch app has never worked even once. It either will not load correctly or will not connect. So the watch app is a gimmick as far as i can tell.
Data privacy is deal breaker

This looks like a great app, which when paired with the devices would give powerful analytics about your health and lifestyle trends. Unfortunately the app requires creation of an online account and sending the collected health information to their cloud. For me it’s simply too much info to put into yet another company’s cloud: date of birth, height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, etc. Bear in mind your social insurance number, address, email, are already out there on the internet from other systems that have been hacked. No matter how secure, companies get hacked, and/or they get acquired. Qardio could offer an option to store my health data locally, or in iCloud, but they didn’t. It’s true that they can deliver a better experience by collecting all of this data. It’s also substantially better for their business model. For me it’s a deal breaker.

I would give this zero stars if I could. This app used to work just fine. Tonight when I am having BP issues the app says my stored password is no longer there. I tried “forgot password” send email but I never received one. I even tried creating an account using even 2 different emails and each time it says I already have an account. This device is useless without the app!!!!!

There should be a larger cup available. The smaller/average size cup doesn’t give accurate readings, I have to use another device to check against the readings.
Cuff great. APP is aggravating Freezes

The cuff is great except I can’t get it roll up easily when finished. The APP is not old people friendly. Light grey , small font used. Very difficult to read. I wrote to company few weeks ago - no response that I know of so far. Most annoying is the freeze up that frequently occurs during note taking or any input. I have to submit 30 days of BP yo my doctor so I need a reliable APP. This APP aggravated me so much that I’m getting higher BP reports. If you don’t have to share readings with anyone I guess it’s ok but for Heart patients- APP is not reliable plus notes cannot be shared with doctor and apparently cuts off the date. Do doctors report is sloppy. So now I have to write down a weeks readings , copy notes and email to doctor. It might be easier to drive to his office.

This app when working is great. I have had nothing but problems with logging in and getting my data to show up. I am running ios13.1.1 on a iPhone 11 pro and things don't seem compatible. Their customer service is responsive but all their suggestions to get my previous data into the app has failed. Every time I follow their instructions I lose more data. The Face ID never works although you have an option to use it when logging in to the app. Extremely frustrating not to be able to use the app as intended. The device is in itself great but the app needs to be fixed. Signed Frustrated
I don’t think the app could be worse

Though maybe I’ll appreciate it in winter when I need to keep warm as my phone gets super hot when I use it. Also, they don’t support iOS accessibility features. And it’s a sales pitch for their other products every time you use the app. And worse.
Doesn’t work

It either doesn’t work with iOS 13 or iPhone 11 Pro. I can’t get it to pair no matter how many times I try to reset it. Green light comes on but nothing pops up.
