I politely explained their service did not provide what I needed. I am currently on my fourth request for my money back under their 30 day money back guarantee.

Company ignored same day trial cancelation and continued billing. Company stated they would no longer bill, but ignored providing a refund for the illicit charges. Company only communicates via email/chat; no voice contact. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit to rectify my situation. Complete scam, with records/communications to prove it. Sign up at your own risk. Apple should remove this vendor ASAP.

Very bad service. It doesn’t work properly with some apps, and forget about your 30 day money back ... they will not give it back . I switch to NordPvn and it works wonders .

I installed this from one YouTuber referral link. After installation, my pc even connect Google very slow and can’t do the internet speed test. Submitted ticket and CSR asked you to a lot of setting changes. I am here to use your service but not to do bug fix. Don’t blind trust other referral, do your own diligence work

Constantly crashes and help from customer service is horrible...had it few months now and had to re instal several times and still doesn’t work properly almost 80% of the time which is frustrating Buy something else

There’s no way people consider this 5-stars. I’m getting my refund. Every time I open the app it redirects me to their homepage on Safari and begs me to buy their upgrade. I don’t want green eggs and ham. Get the message. Service is also pretty slow.

Getting annoying; I open the app to use it but it auto redirects me to chrome and tries to connect to a website. Other than that been good in the past.

Baited into a multi year subscription, only to have them remove China as one of the location, before they removed it the China server never worked either. Complete scam, stay away from this vpn
