This VPN does not work — never worked. It supposedly comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, but good luck getting them to honor it. I have made at least a dozen requests and get nothing but excuses. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, so I’m hoping to recover my payment through them. There are many VPN options, so there is no reason to bother with this one, but if you feel you must, whatever you do, don’t give them your credit card number.

Update: puh-lease. Sort reviews for this app by Most Recent. I wish I had done that before I purchased it. — original review —- Bought this app because of good review in an article I read. Big mistake. The app often logs off of the VPN without any notification which defeats the purpose of the App. If you use the On Demand VPN feature it goes in an infinite loop of asking for your login and password only to reject them and ask for it again. My only remedy was to power down and delete the app off my iPhone since it turned it into a brick. Customer service was less than helpful and was more interested in having me troubleshoot to help them debug their app. I’m a customer, not your QA department. as far as refunds they generously offered 1/3 refund after less than a month of frustration trying to get this app to function properly. DO. NOT. BUY THIS HORRIBLE APP. Update: puh-lease. Same Cut-n-paste response to every review saying this product is garbage.

Each update has made this app worse. It’s now at the point where all features that made it useful have been removed and the only way I could get a reliable connection by manually specifying the server has been removed as well. I’ll be switching to a provider with an iOS app that works after the end of my contract.
Instantly Crashes Cant’t Bypass Netflix

it instantly crashes when I try to open the app now, and before when I was able to open it, it wasn’t able to bypass blockers on streaming services so I paid for nothing really.

The only reason I bought this was because I wanted to watch Hulu while I am out of the us but the mobile app doesn’t come with that feature

This app doesn't work. I downloaded it for a trip to China and it will not even connect. If I do not receive a refund I'll be disputing the charge on my credit card.
