I just paid 4.99 and I suppose to receive a welcome email with my username, but I didn’t. I don’t know why, can someone solve that?

This is the BEST virtual private network service by far, insane speed, security, auto redials, no connectivity loss, just awesome, It's Pure. All I want now is an option to purchase dedicated IP and the nat firewall through apple, that would be OUT of the world!

Advertising as free but NO

Not good at all, always disconnecting. Whoever voted this app as number 1 is high on cheap drugs. I need my money back

The product is a good concept but does not work well with Apple's iOS. You turn it on then open a web browser and then find out you're not connected.

Since purchasing the application, am satisfied with the apps performance. Customer service was effective in resolving connection issues till the end.

Wouldn’t connect to a particular location (country), just keeps auto connecting to the USA, doesn’t matter which country you select. Spent two hours over two days with tech support, huge waste of time, no solution. Save your time and money.

I first started using PureVPN years ago. It was really reliable and probably one of the best in the market. Not anymore. The iPhone app was never that good. And the desktop version, that I used constantly, doesn’t connect anymore. Support got really bad, as I can’t get it to work again by following their instructions. Beware! On their website, I tried to click on the button to disable automatic renewal, and it didn’t work. I was only able to cancel the automatic renewal after a chat session.
