The service is working with an 8 out 10 rating. I would not recommend this service anymore, due to possible lack with handling data.
WiFi d/c or blocked when using this app

It used to work well on this very iPad Pro. And now, every time I use it, it just cannot connect to the server, in the meantime, the WiFi d/c(with the WiFi mark on the right corner disappeared like I’m not connected to any. Though in the iPad settings,I can see WiFi still connected, just gone the mark on the right corner, and I can no longer use the internet.). I saw a Le-Frenchie had the same problem on his review on May 22nd, but so far you seemed to fail to solve it. Update: I opened a ticket as you had asked. Ticket no. 90954. I also recorded a video on your request however didn’t find a way to upload together with the ticket. So I’ll attach it to the email once I get reply. And as for the questions: yes, I tried several different wifi connections. I’m not sure which version introduced the problem, long time no upgrading the app. But it’s the first time I encounter this issue and it’s on the latest one.

'A previous connection is preventing you from creating a new one'. I’ve restarted the device several times but it just didn’t work. It happened a lot of times after the latest update. And I can’t disconnect it pressing the VPN button in the Settings when it is AUTOMATICALLY connecting, which really confuses and annoys me. Despite all this, it’s a great VPN. Thank you for your service.

Due to the overwhelming spam and tracking results, I am not convinced that your vpn service actually protects users from anything. More-so, while using your vpn I experience slower connection speeds than when I was using Windows 95 to connect to dial-up for AIM...

I have been using the free version before making a decision to purchase. The problem I have (iOS) is that it frequently disconnects and when I try to reconnect a message pops up saying that a previous connection is preventing a reconnection and I need to restart my iPad. Any help with this would be appreciated.
