Well... at least it opens now

Long time user. I use the app to keep track all 20-some-odd segments of my morning routine. Update before the current version broke the app completely—it wouldn’t even open at all—but the most recent version fixed this issue. Yay! The app opens! Unfortunately, an additional problem has been added, too: When marking a habit as “done” or “skipped”, there is now a 5 second delay before the habit is cleared from the “to do” portion the habit list. This means that marking multiple habits as complete involves a good amount of time just... sitting around, waiting for the app. (Obviously this is not as substantial an issue as “not opening at all”, but still annoying enough that I’m consider in moving all of my habits to a new app.)

I paid for this service and for the last week I haven’t been able to access it at all to see my habits. Just stay on a screen that says “Update in Progress, This may take a moment”. Looking for a new habit tracking app now.

Great app but Cloud sync doesn't work

Overall really like the app. I paid for premium because I wanted Cloud sync but that doesn't work properly at all. Have to re-install the app again and again. I'd also like the option to not have to swipe but simply click on the habit to mark as complete (kind of like a checklist)

This app used to be great but now it constantly glitches and freezes, and has been for the last month or so.... very disappointing

Update: now almost a week later... this app is still unusable. GO DOWNLOAD “DONE” IT’S SIMPLE & WORKS! delete this app. Please stop making updates that crash the app and make it unusable :( I haven’t been able to open this in 3 days. Not great when you’re trying to keep daily habits. PLEASE roll back the updates so I can at least keep my streak and OPEN the app! I don’t understand how an app this popular with this many users takes 3+ days for an update to literally allow it to open... it forever says “updating, just a moment”.

I would love to keep using it but since the update it crashes every time I open it. Seems like “bug fixes” might address that.

I left this comment 5 months ago and then reminded them every month! You haven’t fixed it. Worst customer service ever! And they keep saying contact support! SOLVE THE ISSUE! “I asked them to change data export format from sqlite so i can use it in excel and they kept ignoring me! I have contacted them 3 times! Shame on this customer service!”

This used to be a good application, but it simply does not work with iOS 14. It is completely unusable after the latest update and I am unable to see my to-do list. Customer service has acknowledged the issue but it has been more than a week now and the bug still has not been patched. I would like a refund.
