VERY UPSET. Billed me and I didn’t even use the app!!!

I tried a few apps out. This one was alright but it didn’t meet me expectations and I tried the trial!! Even after so I deleted the app expecting it to cancel my subscription. I was later billed. I am a college student I can’t be throwing away money. APPLE Couldn’t even refund it although I never used the app or trial. I demand a refund. If I receive I will take down my negative comment. Thank you.

Great app. Well designed. Intuitive. “Done” is just as functional, but for a fraction of the price. “Done” also only charges you once. This app costs more than my video subscription to Crunchyroll. I have used all of its features by spending a few minutes on the app for a few days in a row. I can understand paying once, and was willing. I can understand a much smaller fee than $30 annually. The amount they are charging is absurd for the amount of content in the app. Look elsewhere. Edit: Downgraded to one star based on developer response.

This app is listed as free, but it’s only free for 7 days and then automatically will charge your iTunes account. You can’t even try the free trial without agreeing to automatic billing. Not only that, it’s the last thing listed in the features part of the description. No thanks.

Not renewing subscription

I love the idea of this app, and I pay a few hundred dollars for all of my subscription services each year, but I’m not renewing this one. They’ve had a year to fix bugs and ensure functionality, and I don’t want to pay another round to contact their customer service each quarter with a new or recurring bug. The app is pretty, but that’s not what people are downloading a productivity app for. Make it work. Also, don’t put the burden of proof on your customers as though they are contract bug testers. I don’t pay you to troubleshoot your ongoing issues. Get into more of a niche if you don’t want to keep up with competitors. I’d also suggest retraining your support staff so they can improve communication and learn how to recreate issues on their own, especially if you are already pulling in one-star reviews for the issue you’re being alerted to. A customer support ticket is a courtesy more than a complaint when you have this much competition. Respect your customers’ time more.

Great, just needs family plan

As great as this is, I can’t afford 3 premium memberships for my family. I wish they had a family plan so my little one and wife could also create their own habits and tracking.

At first i was excited to use this app. It seemed exactly what i was looking for. A task management app that would operate daily to keep me on my toes when needed. If you’re considering this app, let me break it down: Consistency: If you are going to be actively on it, daily, and i mean daily.. then this may be for you. It’s an app that organizes reminders (basically). When you’re active on the app, then it will be active with their reminders too. If you’re not active, unfortunately, the reminders are inconsistent. Sometimes they’re often, sometimes they’re not. If you’re someone who forgets to do something, for literally a day, then forget it. The moment you stop, This app will NOT follow up and hold you accountable to your tasks. You will end up going days without using the app. A waste of money. If you like analytics, you can see your performance overtime. I like that. However, still a 4 star app at most. Overall, this is Something you can save $$ by doing it yourself in your phone. Set your own reminders in your phone with alarms and that will be more consistent then this app. At the end of the day, i would prefer to have my money back then use the app. This may be for some, but for me, it’s a hard NO right now.
