Not working!!’

I’ve been in a 75 day challenge with friends and I was on day 66 when the app said “working on update” never opened or closed abruptly! When it finally gave the option for passcode it stated on the screen and never opened!!’ I cannot get to all my data now. What can I do to have this fixed?

No access issue RESOLVED with new release.

I have not been able to access the app since the last update. When I contacted support I was told they were aware and were working on the issue. No word since, that was more than a week ago. So disappointed. I have used this for the last couple of years. Now all my data is lost.

I like that this app allows me to set multiples of a habit like 2x for my vitamins or 8 glasses of water. I also like the fact I don’t have to set a specific time. However, I wish there was a widget so I can see my habits constantly. I would also like an option to turn off the constant reminders to opt into the subscription service if I stated I don’t want to more than once.

I love the app and plan on subscribing to the annual subscription. But the app needs the ability to link habits to HealthKit. For example, if I mediate using a different app, then Productive should register that I’ve completed that task for the day. Several other apps do this already like Habitify and Streaks.

Great but then stopped working

I used this app for the first time yesterday and it was fantastic! It helped me stay on track throughout the day and I was excited to continue to use it. I wake up this morning, and now it won’t let me do the following: 1. Edit a habit 2. Delete a habit 3. Check off a habit as completed Especially with the subscription, I’d like these to be working as they are the core of what the app is about. I’d gladly change my overall rating if these were taken care of.

I downloaded this app about two years ago and didn’t really care for the UX and the cost. Downloaded it again a few months ago and they have really made some incredible improvements. I use it every day. I used to track my habits in my bullet journal (pen and paper) and it was so time consuming but this app is so easy to use. Definitely worth the monthly subscription. Four stars because sometimes it gets glitchy/freezes but if I close and open the app it fixes it.

App is not working after last update

The app is not working on my iPad after the last update. It just keeps saying update in progress. Can you all please release an update and fix this bug? I haven’t been able to use the app in a week now!

it is a good app and you can organize your self but what i don’t like is that you have to pay and if your like me you don’t have a credit card and you have to ask your parents for apps so you can only do a limited amount of tasks !that’s why it is 3

This app totally changed my life and I have used it almost daily for several years now, so I completely not opening for 2 weeks is devastating. I am scared to delete it and reinstall bc I don’t want to lose all my data over the years. Please help and please fix the app:(.
