No use for this!

Sounds good in theory but this app never helped me. It’s not something that makes you want to use it.

Last Update Broke My Streaks

Gadget Girl83

I loved this app and used it daily to keep on track with my critical habits. Notice I said “loved”, past tense. With the latest update, almost all of my streaks were broken. When maintaining a streak is a real motivator, starting all over with an update has started me looking for a new app. My “Time with Family” streak was a 3 times a week habit and I had a streak of 539. Now it says “Great start!”. Not happy, not happy at all! Bye bye, Productive.

Does not work between devices

LDS14LDS

I have been using this app for a year now. Here’s what I think. The app under the same login and account look totally different on my iPhone and iPad. Tracking is off and it does not let you fix. Although I am competing with my self as far as doing task daily I think I should not have to worry about checking off task on each device or adding each habit to each device. I do not remember seeing anything that said adding or checking off habits should be done on one or another device for the app to sync. For instance I am starting over on one task on one device and sitting at 50 on my other device. I sync one device and according to the app it synced on my other device. The problem is it did not, some of the habits are still different. I do like the app but wish that everything would sync and regardless of which device I complete the task on or add task too that it syncs with other device. I have sent emails to the app designer from the beginning with no resolution. I was told that it would be addressed in an update several months ago. If anyone knows how to fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated as I really do like app and it has been useful for me. I do have the full subscription and would give the app a 5 if this issue could be resolved.

One extra feature required

Sannsiger

Incredible app which significantly helps to build constructive habits, but one aspect which is missing is better insights with the statistics feature. The stats only describe the days when you completed all your habits or didn’t, it fails to describe useful information such as the most commonly skipped habits for you/the least. It could also show patterns about for example what percentage of habits were completed on certain days, and show trends with the data to make it easier to not skip habits.

Subscription charge removal

Ke vey

They have a stupid trick that trick people into sign up for the annual subscription after 7 day trial. Now I want to unsubscribe it, and I can not do it. It is a shame.

Deceptive Pricing

Jsbdy

Developer not honest about the price. The actual price, a $33.00/yr subscription - which you’re only told about upon downloading and starting the app- is way too high for this app. UPDATE: as a business, when you are accused of wrongdoing or dishonest business practices - specifically deceptive pricing - the appropriate response is NOT to reply by stating the obvious ( i.e., “It is up to you to decide whether or not you want to get a subscription”...obviously it’s up to me, it’s my money) and ignore the consumer’s actual complaint or invite the consumer to purchase your other products (i.e., “You can always check out our other apps”...why would I want to purchase something else from the very same company that I just accused of wrongdoing or dishonest business practices??) I’d appreciate it if you address the actual complaint of deliberately deceptive pricing - of which you have been accused several times by reviewers in the reviewer feedback. You can correct the situation by changing your dishonest practice of deceptive pricing - not by offering the user a canned, deliberately disingenuous response.

Wrong dates

logettasas

Calendar didn’t sync correctly. Said it was sept 1 rather than sept 2

Rip off

akjmasaya

The free version isn’t worth downloading and the premium definitely isn’t worth 30 dollars a year. Ridiculous. Don’t download or if you do don’t be like me and make sure you unsubscribe after your free trial.
