Not renewing subscription – Productive - Habit Tracker Review

I love the idea of this app, and I pay a few hundred dollars for all of my subscription services each year, but I’m not renewing this one. They’ve had a year to fix bugs and ensure functionality, and I don’t want to pay another round to contact their customer service each quarter with a new or recurring bug. The app is pretty, but that’s not what people are downloading a productivity app for. Make it work. Also, don’t put the burden of proof on your customers as though they are contract bug testers. I don’t pay you to troubleshoot your ongoing issues. Get into more of a niche if you don’t want to keep up with competitors. I’d also suggest retraining your support staff so they can improve communication and learn how to recreate issues on their own, especially if you are already pulling in one-star reviews for the issue you’re being alerted to. A customer support ticket is a courtesy more than a complaint when you have this much competition. Respect your customers’ time more.
