Battery charging a problem

I’m having trouble as well with the case. When I talk on the phone people say they can’t hear me. I did what they suggested to remove the little foam pieces. It helped a little. Still kinda a problem. Now it won’t jobs a charge. I’m so frustrated

I had a hard time finding Moment Cam when I switched from Android to iOS.. I am glad I did. I trust you'll work out bugs and all, I'm just so happy to find again my favorite camera app I don't even care the rating at this point.
App crashes

Same issue others have reported, app crashes when I try to take a video on iPhone X. Support is unresponsive, which doesn't make me feel great considering how much I've spent on their lenses.

For me this review is a long time coming. I have to start from beginning. My initial introduction to the company was with a kickstart project (early 2017) for the new case, battery case for iPhone 7 Plus. Which I have received promptly as they promised. Use that for about a year. And developed some issues. I believe issues were possibly with design of the connector. Basically the case would not charge anymore. I have contacted their support, and these guys are absolutely wonderful people. It is a fast response, it is a knowledgeable response, it is a helpful response. I have to THANK Phill, Erik and Erica. These are the three people I have been in contact with, I’m sure there are many more. With the first case not being able to be repaired, they simply sent me a new one, it was a quick and simple turn around. In any way case is great. Life goes on. Also purchased some of their lenses, absolutely quality product. As far as the app goes it is just as good as everything else they have done. If there is one comment to have that is not super glowing, is that they are busy people, so 24-48 hour turnaround to respond should be expected. New product launch time. But I have no problem with that. Once again, these are top notch support/engineer/sales/people absolutely wonderful team that they have. Definitely have a customer for life.

Do not buy the battery case !!! This thing is a mess. I have it for more than a year and it never worked reliably, I am able to charge the phone most times but always have to turn app on and off reset the whole thing, and it always act up like now it raises my volume or take random photos when the case is on the phone. Just a horrible problem, had a mophie in the past and never had one single issue. Customer service is a joke, tried to talk to them many times and allways say the same:” do you have the latest versions? Did you try to remove the case?” The wide lenses are amazing thought, definitely recommend.
Unable To Select RAW Format

I’m not able to select the RAW format. TIFF and JPEG are the only choices given. I’ve update the iOS and updated the Moment app with no success in being able to select RAW as an option. Please address. I know I’m not the only with this problem I’m sure. Update: Thanks to the devs at Moment for explaining how to enable RAW. Respect.
Battery case just doesn’t work continuously!

I wanted to give Moment 5Stars mostly because their lenses are excellent. Their customer service response is excellent. But this battery case just doesn’t work on a continuous basis. I have had it for more than a year and have had problems with it operating since the beginning. After several attempts at fixes (uploading the newest App. Shutting it off and rebooting. Removing the case completely and pressing the connection point as suggested in their help message) which will work for a short period of time and then reverts to the case not connecting and the shutter not working. I uploaded this current App version 3x and it still hasn’t worked. I now am resorting to the non-battery case so I can still use all of my Moment lenses.

case charging icon is not showing up since the newest ios installed.. any ideas on how to recover that icon on the display? also it says not a compatible accessory. please help what is my options. thanks
