Please hurry on the update (updated review)

December 24th 2017...applied update that says it fixed the crash upon start up...NOPE. NOPE. NOPE. SMH. Sigh. Ok, it is now May 13, 2016. Almost a year after the update that causes all this trouble. You finally prepared an update to fix the crashing the app does on start up. But it didn't work. Sigh. That is ok. I've learned to deal with the fact that several months of my private thoughts and ideas are locked away forever in the interwebs. I thought I would need therapy to get over the loss, but as it turns out...I'm gonna be just fine. I've moved on the another journal app and called this a lesson learned. I thought about removing your app from my phone...but like an ex's phone number...I just can't take that step just yet. ? It is September 7th. I check in now and again to see if there is a new update that might fix whatever keeps this app from opening on my iPhone. Not sure why I do this. Clearly the developers don't care and/or are too stupid to fix the problem. I have emailed them, as have others. I only update the review to keep others from making the same mistake I did. Download some other journal app. ANY other journal app. So here we are at July 26th. I switched to Penzu. A way better experience overall. Plus I can access the journal by app OR online. I should have gone this route to begin with. Fortunately I did not have any life altering entries in this app that failed miserably, but some people did and I feel terrible for them. I have emailed the app developers but they apparently have no ability or desire to make this app actually work again. There is a special circle of hell for people like that. I wish I could give this app a negative rating instead of just a one star. (July) Are you FREAKING KIDDING ME??? You put out an update and it still doesn't fix the problems. Gee, how about this. Reverse all your crappy updates, and inept upgrades and let us back into this app so we can get our stuff off of this journal and move on to something more reliable. Like paper and pencil. YOU ARE THE WORST! (June 2015)I have used this app for about 1.5 years without a problem. Now, I updated it and after trying to sync it to Dropbox, it crashes. And I can't get the app to open to unsync it with Dropbox. I wish I had known, I would not have updated the app. Very disappointed.

Yes there are drawbacks to this app, but I was looking for a simple way to journal my daily activities and this is perfect. Hopefully these folks will up grade their product, but up til then this is is the best app I have found.

Question: Reset Password

It appears that this app developer is no longer providing any support since I’m unable to connect with their website. However, I need to recover/reset my password since I recently changed it & now can’t remember what I changed it too. Anyone have any suggestions? I would really appreciate any help since I had made entries surrounding the loss of my Dad. Thank you...

I cannot access any of the writing I've done in this journal. We're talking YEARS of writing. PLEASE...whoever created this app, help us out. The sync to Dropbox doesn't work. And once you realize syncing the Journal to Dropbox doesn't work, then you cannot get back into the Journal app. It will not open at all. It just crashes EVERY TIME! So...I have YEARS of writing I want to download, and it's being held HOSTAGE. Come on guys, give us s break and help all of us get our writing back. I used to love this app. What happened??

Lost Instructions

Instructions page disappeared after I began using this app and even going to the website provided by iTunes was useless. No way to label individual pages on provided tabs (and no way to ask how). Can get much better documentation with more options for arranging things on my Word and Pages apps. Real disappointment since I paid for this app and it was no better than the free ones. So long JOURNAL.

Added pictures and had no way to keep them from covering text. App doesn't swipe and then stay to make a choice. Ridiculous to use, even for free.

It is having a hard time going to the correct date it will sometime go back in time to old entries . End it will also lose photos that are paste it to the page . Not happy with it at this moment but I'm trying to work through the problems it needs serious update done to it..

This is actually a very good app, except for the fact if you leave it the app does not remember anything you typed in including your password. Just don't download this app.
