App crashes on startup!

I just learned this app crashes again on startup and I have 3 years of data logging info in it that I can’t access. No luck contacting the developers. I hope they fix this soon.

Won’t Open / Crashes

I’ve been using this app daily then all of a sudden after the last iOS update I can’t open the app it crashes I can’t get into my stored data at all. PLEASE HELP!!!

Ever since I just did the last update I cannot and I say I can not even open the app it’s not even ok tired to let you know by writing you directly but the stuff won’t even open not sure what’s going on but with iOS 11.3 this app will no longer open all it does now is when you click on app to open to just never does and tries to shut down and if that’s the case I never would’ve updated my phone because I used this app every freaking day please fix this problem please thank you......but for whatever reason it will not open with the update from iOS 11.3 just don’t get it please fix !!!!!

I have some pretty important info in this app that I need to get, at least to migrate to another app. PLEASE HELP! I would be willing to go back to a previous iOS but can’t completely reset for the same reason. No way to back this up. PRETTY PLEASE HELP!! The app itself isn’t bad, could be better, but was useful for what I needed. Now I no longer need it but need the info I entered.

What’s going on with this app? You launch it and it crashes. The support website doesn’t launch either. This app isn’t some stupid game. People have very personal, meaningful things in this app. If your going to kill this app, at least give people a way to retrieve their data.

Crashes while launching IOS 11.3

The app works well and I have used it for years. But I recently updated my IOS and now it won’t open. The app support link on the app page won’t work. I hope this gets resolved soon. I have years of history in there.

I have enjoyed this app for a while now.

I have use this app for a couple of years. All of a sudden I can’t access. The box where you enter you passcode is gone. Can this be fixed. I would very much like to continue using this app.

Because I can not reach help that I need because I can NO longer access their app It doesn’t open anymore... when I try it just goes away. I have a lot of stuff in the app and really not happy.
