This app is crashing and there is no way to contact the developer. Years of journal writing are gone. Apple needs to take some responsibility for this.

Used this app off and on for four years to process a terrible personal loss and for the last year not so much because the app crashed a lot. Now it doesn’t work at all! I’ve rebooted, reset, deleted and reinstalled the app, even wiped the phone and reinstalled the backup and nothing! I can’t even reach the support site! This is a theft of the worse kind! Now it doesn’t work at all. Apple needs to remove this app from their listing.

I can’t get onto this app anymore. It crashes every time I click on it. I have some things I’d like to document elsewhere so I can have a copy in case this happens in the future.

I’ve used this app for quite some time and now I can not even get it to open. I’ve tried to use the support link from the App Store and the companies page will not load. Tried several times over a course of several days and still nothing. I have important dates I need to reference and this was the only safe place I could put them. Now it does me no good. Extremely disappointed.

I just up dated my iPhone and now my journal will not open when I try it shows a black screen and goes back to phone What happened ? I now lost everything I keep in it ?
