The app works great. I would definitely recommend using this app if you want aesthetic pictures.

Redownloaded it, got on and got off and now won’t let me go back on it.

I had a lot of custom filters and now they are all gone once I had redownloaded it because it was messing up, like I downloaded it and got on it but once I got off it wouldn’t let me get back on it. Since I logged in with my email thinking all the filters would come back, turns out only two of them appear and I can’t even get on polarr.

While this app probably has the best tools for editing, it repeatedly will save at low quality even if you change the settings to full quality. This has happened for me since last year. Exporting filters is another problem. It will now say there’s an internet error and not allow me to export anything. Even if it did allow me to export, it logs me out of my account way too often so I constantly have to change my watermark. But now it won’t even save at all. Same issues on my iPad and my phone

I’ve had Polarr for awhile now, but just recently it’s been acting very weird like every time I open the app it goes back but it doesn’t crash. But I have to keep deleting and re- downloading the app just to get it to work ONE time. Other than that everything is great especially if you a editor!

Lousy verification process

I tried to verify my email with your app. The verification process is a nightmare. Unlike other apps am that use a link to click to verify, yours generates a number through email which took 10-15 minutes for the first code to roll in and after the first rolled in at 1:39am I have received 20 codes in a 10 minute span. As far as I can tell they are still rolling in due to a glitch on your software. My email is full of codes... all were useless due to the codes rolling in at a rate of about 2 a minute. So by the time I get it through email it has already replaced the code with another code in email. At this point to stop your system from filling up my email I have to mark your domain as spam to send them to the junk folder.

Used to have this great feature 3years ago, then they took it away with no explanation, made the app useless for me. Tried to contact support multiple times, but they never included back. used to be great. Now it’s just another app in the galaxy.

Something is definitely wrong since the update. When using the custom filters ive imported , I can’t even click a filter because the filters are running in high speed (twitching) and i noticed its burning(hot) my iphone. Please recheck this. I can’t use it at all.

This app is the best editing app, but as of right now I can’t use the app, bc it keeps crashing ! It won’t let me on the app at all, it just crashes immediately. It shouldn’t crash bc I pay monthly for this app, and if this continues I won’t be paying for it anymore. Please fix the bugs and crashing problems, thank you.
