Redownloaded it, got on and got off and now won’t let me go back on it. – Polarr: Photo Filters & Editor Review

I had a lot of custom filters and now they are all gone once I had redownloaded it because it was messing up, like I downloaded it and got on it but once I got off it wouldn’t let me get back on it. Since I logged in with my email thinking all the filters would come back, turns out only two of them appear and I can’t even get on polarr.
