No pixelate as a brush – Polarr: Photo Filters & Editor Review

Used to have this great feature 3years ago, then they took it away with no explanation, made the app useless for me. Tried to contact support multiple times, but they never included back. used to be great. Now it’s just another app in the galaxy.
