Other players boast about features that RSSRadio has had for a long time. It’s dependable, even if now it’s a little long in the tooth. A freshening up is supposedly on the way, so reviewing to give that effort more incentive.

I used to use the Apple podcast player but it became unusable. I switched to RSSRadio and couldn’t be happier. It does it all.

When looking for a podcast tool, I found RSS Radio. It lets me manage my podcast and provides great playback options. Have been using it for a few years now.

Highly customizable, but..

Overall a good app. The customizability is great, but I found it difficult to manage the storage. Once my phone fills up with downloaded podcasts, I have to manualy remove each episode, which was a deal breaker for me. Maybe There a better way to delete files, but it was too hard to figure out. Next.

I LOVE this app! It has so many features to help organize your podcasts the way you want to. My favorite part is the silence skip and playback speed options. Keep up the great work!

Best podcast app I have tried

I tried another 5 - 10 apps and this one seems to be the most usable, easy to navigate and customizable. I’ve been using it for more than an year now. Bonus: It’s also easy to use while driving, connecting it through Bluetooth, tapping on the background to pause or play. Suggestion: offer option to change multiple playback speeds on the “play” screen (currently it is s binary switch); Apple Podcasts has 4 options.
