Used to be the best - currently buggy

Future users: looking for a podcast app? Keep checking in. This used to be the most user friendly app. Once the bugs are squashed it should be the best again. Current users: if you have not updated DON’T Developer: keep plugging away. Considerations once you get the basics running again 1) please stop clearing my playlist for me. This makes it very difficult for those who may want to listen again. One of the main reasons I started using this app is because you did not clear the playlist when so many others do. This is actually kinda my dealbreaker that may keep me at my temp app that is otherwise nowhere near your quality 2) make a “mark played and delete” button (similar to how the archive feature used to work) If you want to get super fancy I’ve always been annoyed that deleting a download also marks a podcast as played. Maybe delete just deletes, played just marks played. Play and delete does both. 3) in the “unplayed” tab allow users to include starred podcasts or downloaded podcasts, regardless of if they have been played or not. This would allow us to have favorites stay in the main feed without having to continue to go back and mark them unplayed.
Recent update makes it unstable

This was the best podcast app I have found on iOS, but since the recent update it has been very unstable and prone to crashing. Checking for new podcasts takes forever now and frequently doesn’t work.

This app worked great, it ran smoothly, it did what it was designed to do and it was perfect. I never encountered a problem with this app until I updated it just last night. Now I can’t even navigate through it without it crashing! It won’t load anything. It crashes after being open for thirty seconds. Can’t open the information tab to add a podcast to my favorites! Why do developers always have to ruin a great thing by trying to “improve” it?! I honestly can’t even use it anymore. The only reason I haven’t uninstalled it is because I have SO MANY podcast episodes that I haven’t gotten around to listening to, and I would just be throwing them all away. Please fix this problem!

I love how this player organizes and play podcasts. Has many options that can save storage space and save time catching up on older podcasts you want to listen from the beginning episodes.
Last update breaks AirPod continuation

I don’t know what changed with the latest update but now, if you remove your AirPods from your ear, podcasts will stop playing. If you don’t pick it up in a bit, or you use another app on your iPhone, when you go to put your AirPod back in your ear and start it via the controls on the AirPods, nothing happens. Like the app closes in the background.

I don’t remember how I found this app, but I’m so glad I did. It’s one of the most powerful players I’ve ever used. My favorite feature is the ability to have a podcast start a certain time into the show. This is fantastic for skipping ads or opening segments you aren’t into. This latest update is amazing and looks so beautiful.

I want this player to work like it used to. Please fix! I’m so very disappointed in this podcast app. I wish more players would have the options of this o w, but after this last time I’m getting rid of this app. I had all my podcasts on here sorted the way I wanted it and for some reason, I lost over half of my podcasts. I would have to re-subscribe to all of them and that takes time since I live listening to podcasts. This is it, I’m going to find something else, even if I have to pay for it. So disappointing. I even paid for the premium version and paid for the subscription hoping these issues of slowness, shutting down would be done. I’m done . ?☹️
