We run our small business selling, fitting and servicing English saddles for horses and riders. We do all the scheduling through PS and it sends out automatic reminders so we don’t have any surprises when we get there. We also do all our billing and most of our payments via credit cards through the app. It is seamless and easy. There are a couple of improvements we’ve asked for and are still waiting on, like making the messaging and client files searchable by words other than just client names. But it’s still a 5* app! We’ve been using PS exclusively for 4 years and really depend on it! Thanks for delivering PocketSuite!

I've been using Pocketsuite now for a couple years and it truly just keeps getting better and better. Prior to choosing Pocketsuite as my booking and payment system to run my business, I was using Square. I needed more options though so I went searching and tried a number of different options before narrowing it down to Pocketsuite. It was literally the best decision. Pocketsuite truly listens to your feedback and suggestions and actually uses it to improve the experience for the user. I can't tell you the numerous times Ive asked for an enhancement or made a suggestion and it has been implemented. I love it and it continues to be the best option for running a business. Thanks!

The customer service is great beyond expectations! They get back with you immediately and are always actually helpful. I’ve had sites before that overcharged me and said it was my fault and more. PocketSuite is fully editable and the SuiteLinks (Link Tree) has got to be my fav part. I can list links to EVERYTHING right through this app. I love it! 10 stars is I could! I have been with this company from when they just got started. I wasn’t sure where our business relationship was going to go, but I had a good feeling about them…. And I was right! They have kept their word with me about my fees since our business relationship began. Even better, they fought for me against a fraudulent claim that was made by someone trying to steal from me. They had my back all the way through and made it right. I am proud to be a client of theirs and recommend their services for scheduling clients and payment processing.

If you take clients this is the app for you! They have covered all the bases. From securing appointments with a credit card, giving the client an option to add a tip, automatic text reminders, being able to charge their card on the way out, being able to send them a contract to sign prior to the appointment, and the list goes on! One of the biggest things for me was being able to sync my calendar with my personal calendar! Before it would take me an hour to merge all my appointments for the week now it’s quick and smooth. This app makes my life much easier while trying to run a business. It is simple, efficient and professional.

Also this app helps you keep all of your conversations with clients in one space. Sending Invoices, creating packages, scheduling appointments are super easy! I would recommend this app to anyone that would want to build and scale their business.

I love the perks of having subscription and package options as well as a few other things like retail items and online forms/contracts. My only hang up is there is a lot to know and learn and little tweaks that don't often make sense (like lapses in subscription services that are auto billed). It's not very user friendly, very complicated but also very customizable. I wish there was an option to track expenses outside of just retail. Also my clients often have complications when booking such as not being able to remove an item previously selected or duplicate appt requests being sent for the same service and time slot.
