As an independent trainer, having a system that’s super easy and client friendly is a must. I’ve never had an issue in my near two years of using PocketSuite. In fact, if I ever have a question their team responds via text within a few hours. Most times, a few minutes! And they always resolve my inquiries. If you need an easy to use client booking/servicing app, don’t even think twice. Other platforms like MINDBODY are ridiculously overpriced and there’s no way their customer service even compares. PocketSuite is everything you could ever want. Trust me.

I use it for my photography business and it’s very user friendly. Clients enjoy booking appointments, choose packages, and the ability to communicate with me through this app with ease. It also allows me to follow up on leads and best of all creating invoices and receiving payments is the best bonus. Oh and the costumer service is A1. If I have any questions or concerns the developers are swift to reply.

Having a pet sitting business means I am always on the go and don’t get a lot of time to sit in front of a computer at a desk to take care of admin tasks and scheduling. When I learned about PocketSuite two years ago I was using a software that was desktop computer dependent and had no mobile companion for on the go tasks. Thanks to PocketSuite my business has continued to grow and I have been able to easily keep up with my existing clients and new leads, as well as staff and track all the jobs that are coming in daily. My pet biz grew by more than 50% in the past year and PocketSuite has been my “office in a pocket”! The support team is always there to help when I have a question or find a bug. They fix issues quickly and they listen to user feedback and implement updates to include improvements that we suggest. They are awesome!!! Highly recommend to anyone with a service-oriented business!!!

Hours of manually work are eliminated when it comes to preparing and sending invoices, contracts, questionnaires reminders and so much more! This application keep track of payments, appointment and so much more. The best part is, it’s conveniently done via text! Its absolutely amazing! Their customer support/Josh is the best at helping whenever and however it’s needed! All I can say is 6⭐️s and 3 ??thumbs up for PocketSuite!

Best thing I ever did for my business in the last 20 years. If you want to stop getting no-shows that alone is worth the price of the software. No one gets an appointment without a deposit. A nonrefundable deposit, couple that with calendar integration ,reminders and thank you’s well worth the money!

I’ve only just downloaded this app. It asks for a phone number to get started, but will not accept my European number. So, what am I supposed to do??
