Been using pocketsuite for over 2 year. What can I say. Nothing but great things. Their idea is what I was hunting for. Ease of use and fast deposits are critical in today’s business Strategy. And I forgot most important thing, fast payments for costumers. I can’t look elsewhere, it’s my final destination. Thanks pocketsuite.

So far I am SO impressed with the simplicity of this for running my business. I have several businesses and having a separate line was such a selling point for me. And the customer service team is timely and attentive to every suggestion. This is going to replace every other small business booking platform out there.
Horrible app! They just going to hold your money

I just started a business, and I had a few clients pay me through this app, roughly around 550$ total. Once I finally went to transfer the money to my bank account nothing happened. I sent the support team an email, and text. They didn’t reply for over 24 hours just to say that my account has been disabled, and that the money will be refunded to original owners in 5-7 business days. No explanation why... don’t use this app there just going to temporarily hold your money before they cancel your account, and refund your clients.

I heard about pocketsuite from other pros in my industry. So far I’m extremely happy with the outstanding service and attention to detail shown by this team. I’ve worked with other salon booking programs and probably the most frustrating part was getting in touch with customer service. Josh and his team get back to us!! They hold conversations with us that help them to better understand our needs and consider all of our suggestions. They keep the software up to date and are active in our FB group. Thanks Josh & team for always going above and beyond for your pocketsuite customers.

This is truly the best fully integrated application from client intake, scheduling, quoting, invoicing and tracking. No more missed appointments, clients are reminded automatically. Perfect smart phone integration with calendars and contacts. Tracks customer history, history of notes and total billed. Support is incredible - they return calls and texts fast! A full team at your fingertips. My customers like the workflow and look. They think I am a big company. WOW!! Mr. Home Guy p.s Even better with the latest enhancements!
