No app is perfect. But, for me, this one is darn near close. And where it's not, customer service takes my feedback and implements it with a smile! Love these folks. Love this app.

Best app you can have for a small business. Does everything that other software programs do for a fraction of the price. Customer service is the greatest of any company I’ve ever dealt with. Amazing service.

Finally, I got the PocketSuite teams attention and they corrected their mistake and provided me with the corrected 1099K document for the IRS. I still have no idea if the IRS is going to rape me financially because of this though. I changed my one star review up to 3 stars because they did provide me with the corrected document. BUT, the stress I incurred because of this was enormous. My blood pressure spiked and the doctor wants to put me on medication for high BP and anti anxiety meds. I woke up with stressful sweats in the middle of the night and that is not 5 star worthy service.

I guess this app works great but didn't have the opportunity to see it for myself because it only accepts US phone numbers to register. If you could fix this it would be awesome! PS. I'm from Puerto Rico.

I love PocketSuite because it’s a flexible platform. You can invoice or just straight charge clients directly. I also like that you can change the settings to eat the surcharge or pass that surcharge to the client so it doesn’t eat into profit. I also love that there is no equipment necessary and the transactions hit the bank pretty fast automatically with no extra fees. The free option gives plenty so that you can process payments professionally and pay for upgrades as you need them for your business growth. Love this app! ?
Great App- but intrusive

So it’s a great app, but the customer service is intrusive. I’m don’t like the emails I get saying you’ve made so and so or the messages telling me my clients email maybe misspelled. I don’t like that they have instant access to my clients info like that.

I have been using this app since I started my Personal Training Business and I can not say enough about this app. First of all the customer support is amazing and the turnaround for communication is short and they will not stop until you have a better understanding of how to use it and take care of whatever problem you are having not to mention always updating and adding on new features.

I don’t usually write review but this app is so worth it. Been using for about a year now, and it makes being my own boss so much easier. From scheduling, to sending auto reminders to clients, accepting credit card transactions to instant pay out same day! This app is a life changer! Helps me manage my small business, and helps me to organize and book appointments. Today I had a questions for them and I was able to just text them and within a minute or two placket suite got back to me and answer all my questions! if you have a small business you need this app, helps you with everything!
