Get a dedicated business number for texting and calling, schedule customer messages, and automate appointment text reminders. Recurring appointments, recurring invoices, subscriptions, contract e-signing, package sales, class scheduling, overnight reservations, job estimates, and more.
- Team ($49.99/mo): In addition to the features available in the Premium version, you also have access to group messaging with your clients and team. Add 1-5 pros who work for you and assign them one time or recurring appointments or set it up so clients can book them or they can schedule clients on their own. Pay them via ACH or debit/credit card.
- Suite: ($99.99/mo): In addition to the features available in the Premium Team version, you have access to 24 hour customer support. Premium Suite is great for larger teams with 6 or more pros. With Premium Suite, you can add unlimited team members. You can assign team members jobs, pay them, message them, and set reminders. Your team can set up their schedule and profiles, view their appointments, get paid, and, depending on the access level you give them, get booked directly and communicate with clients.

We run our small business selling, fitting and servicing English saddles for horses and riders. We do all the scheduling through PS and it sends out automatic reminders so we don’t have any surprises when we get there. We also do all our billing and most of our payments via credit cards through the app. It is seamless and easy. There are a couple of improvements we’ve asked for and are still waiting on, like making the messaging and client files searchable by words other than just client names. But it’s still a 5* app! We’ve been using PS exclusively for 4 years and really depend on it! Thanks for delivering PocketSuite!

I've been using Pocketsuite now for a couple years and it truly just keeps getting better and better. Prior to choosing Pocketsuite as my booking and payment system to run my business, I was using Square. I needed more options though so I went searching and tried a number of different options before narrowing it down to Pocketsuite. It was literally the best decision. Pocketsuite truly listens to your feedback and suggestions and actually uses it to improve the experience for the user. I can't tell you the numerous times Ive asked for an enhancement or made a suggestion and it has been implemented. I love it and it continues to be the best option for running a business. Thanks!

The customer service is great beyond expectations! They get back with you immediately and are always actually helpful. I’ve had sites before that overcharged me and said it was my fault and more. PocketSuite is fully editable and the SuiteLinks (Link Tree) has got to be my fav part. I can list links to EVERYTHING right through this app. I love it! 10 stars is I could! If you take clients this is the app for you! They have covered all the bases. From securing appointments with a credit card, giving the client an option to add a tip, automatic text reminders, being able to charge their card on the way out, being able to send them a contract to sign prior to the appointment, and the list goes on! One of the biggest things for me was being able to sync my calendar with my personal calendar! Before it would take me an hour to merge all my appointments for the week now it’s quick and smooth. This app makes my life much easier while trying to run a business. It is simple, efficient and professional.

I love the perks of having subscription and package options as well as a few other things like retail items and online forms/contracts. My only hang up is there is a lot to know and learn and little tweaks that don't often make sense (like lapses in subscription services that are auto billed). It's not very user friendly, very complicated but also very customizable. I wish there was an option to track expenses outside of just retail. Also my clients often have complications when booking such as not being able to remove an item previously selected or duplicate appt requests being sent for the same service and time slot.
